Artist Bio

Publicist by profession (1999 IUTAJS Venezuela). I began training in photography since 1996, I attended different schools for over a decade in Venezuela, the United States and Spain: Roberto Mata Photography Workshop, Nelson Garrido Organization, Washington School of Photography, and EFTI International Center of Photography and Cinema. In 2009 I participate in the first Photography Diploma held in Venezuela, jointly between the National Photography Center and the Museum of Fine Arts. My line of work focuses on contemporary photography and editorial product photography. I have participated in group exhibitions since 1997 in Venezuela and the United States. As an artist I also have publications in contemporary photography magazines in the United States and Spain. My academic focus has been developed in the area of photography as a social and digital link, giving academic classes and lectures on the subject. I am a cultural promoter, curator and publisher, dedicated to the production of cultural events and exhibitions since 1998, among my personal projects is the Venezuela Mobile Festival, the first festival dedicated to artistic expressions through mobile devices and digital media in the country. Since 2014, I have entered the editorial area with Banesco Banco Universal, forming part of the coordination and curation of the first books of mobile photography edited and printed in Venezuela.
